How can I track my order?
Tracking your order is easy! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number along with the shipping carrier used. Simply click on the tracking number or go to the carriers website’s tracking page to get real-time updates on the status of your delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer returns in a few cases. If you ordered a console and haven’t tampered with the console or changed anything, you can reach out to return it within 15 days from date of delivery. If you have a defect with your console, reach out to us directly through discord or via our email [email protected]. We aim to have the best customer service possible. Contact our support team to start any sort of return process.
How long does shipping take?
We understand that you’re excited to receive your Modded Xbox 360! Our shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within the United States. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on the product’s availability, busy seasons, and your location. Rest assured, we always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Do you offer support with setting up consoles?
Yes! We believe that everyone should have resources to help setup their console. We recommend watching the YouTube tutorials from Modded Warfare and Console Warehouse. You can join our Discord community for additional support!
Does a RGH work online and will I be able to mod online with Aimbot & Mod Menus?
Yes you will be able to play online with mods. RGH Consoles can play online, but you will need to use a Stealth Server as well as an unbanned KV to play online. We recommend xbGuard Stealth.
Do I have to pay for Xbox Live Gold to play online?
It all depends on the games you would like to play. xbGuard stealth spoofs Microsoft’s Servers to think you have gold, but some older games do require gold to match with players online Like: MW2/3, All Halos, etc….
Will my accounts or console get banned?
It’s definitely possible and can happen. It’s is a modded console, Microsoft does not want you to have this and use it on their servers, so they can ban you from playing on Xbox Live once they catch you which could be Hours, Days, Weeks, Months… this all depends on your Kv life, KV Life depends on what server you use. It’s up to you to if you want to use your personal account to play online or just create a new one. I am not responsible for any type of bans.
How will I unban my console or account?
Your account can’t be unbanned unfortunately, but your Xbox CAN be unbanned by buying a new unbanned KV. They cost about $3-$10 depending on who you buy from. Once swapping your KV you can play online again with a different or new Xbox Live account.
Is a RGH illegal to buy, sell, or own?
No. They are fully legal. We do not advise to pirate games though which is illegal!
How do I know your a legitimate seller?
A lot of people sell these consoles but rush them and have awful work which causes consoles to fail within weeks to months. We aim to have some of the best quality install work. You can join our discord server and see all of our vouchers who have bought consoles through us in the past.
Will my console come setup & online ready? Or will I have to install everything?
We offer preloaded hard drives for this reason. If you have a blank hard drive, you will have to setup everything from scratch. They come with all Call Of Duty Games, basic homebrew such as XexMenu, Dashlaunch, and Aurora. It also comes with xbGuard stealth loaded so all you have to do is connect to your wifi, sign up for xbGuard, sign up or sign into Xbox Live, then you will be good to play online!
